OUR STORY
It all started in a small kitchen, cradled by the scents of Sicily.
Valentin was only a few years old when he first tasted the secrets of Italian cuisine. By his side: his Nonna Giuseppina, who arrived from Sicily with a precious know-how and limitless generosity in her bags. She was the one who taught him to knead, taste, feel... and above all, to share.
In April 2015, at just 19 years old, Valentin decides to turn his passion into an adventure. He trades his family kitchen for a food truck, traveling through markets with his artisanal creations. His bet? To help people rediscover the authentic taste of Italy, with simple, handmade, and deeply sincere recipes. And the public responds enthusiastically.
In 2021, driven by his success, Valentin reached a new milestone by opening a gourmet grocery store in Epinois, offering a wide selection of authentic Italian products: fresh pasta, refined wines, exceptional olive oils, and many other culinary treasures. He also offers a high-end catering service, faithful to his Nonna's recipes.
In January 2025, La Bella Vita reaches a historic milestone with the opening of the largest Italian gourmet grocery store in Belgium. A true temple of gastronomy, this new space embodies the meeting of tradition and innovation, celebrating the richness of Italian artisanal craftsmanship. This growth is accompanied by a new ambition: to showcase our products beyond our walls. La Bella Vita now distributes its specialties to restaurants, hotels, and gourmet establishments eager to share the true taste of Italy.
A new chapter begins in November 2025 with the opening of our pizzeria La Bella Vita. This new adventure extends the spirit of our grocery store: authenticity, quality, and Italian passion. All the ingredients that make up our pizzas come directly from our grocery store, ensuring fresh flavors and impeccable quality. La Bella Vita Pizzeria is the excellence of our products in the warm atmosphere of a true Italian pizzeria.
