YOUR QUESTIONS
Orders can be placed through our online store or by phone, until 3 PM, at 0491/25.27.90.
In order to ensure the availability of our products and the quality of our service, please place your orders:
- For delivery on Tuesday and Wednesday: by Sunday evening at the latest.
- For delivery on Thursday and Friday: by Tuesday evening at the latest.
Changes to an ongoing order are accepted until 3 PM.
For any order over €300, delivery is free. Below this amount, a delivery fee of €25 applies.
Feel free to contact your sales representative for any questions or specific situations.
Our delivery routes are organized by region.
To best plan your delivery, we invite you to contact our sales representatives to define together the day and the arrangements that suit you best.
We ensure deliveries on holidays, but not during weekends.
Payments are made by invoice, which is systematically sent by email once the delivery has been made.
A period of 7 days is granted for the payment of invoices from their date of issue.
Invoices are available at any time in the "My Account" section.
